Shipping policy

All custom orders are processed within 10–14 business days for custom items (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. Normal orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out immediately. 

LuxuryDanae is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order is shipped and confirmed delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.

Any claims stating an order was not received will be investigated. Tracking confirmation and delivery evidence will be submitted in the event of false or fraudulent claims. Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
